Effective Date: August 4, 2026
By using Onpose, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Onpose is an app that helps you take better photos: browse a library of pose ideas, overlay a pose on your live camera, and shoot with a hands-free shutter.
Onpose saves the photos you take to your device's photo library. The app does not delete or modify existing photos in your library. You are responsible for managing your photo library and maintaining backups of photos that matter to you.
We collect and handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Onpose does not collect personal information and does not require account creation. App data is stored locally on your device, alongside anonymous usage analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.
Onpose lets you browse the full pose library and use the camera for free. Pro unlocks the shutter so you can take and save photos. Subscription plans: Weekly and Yearly (with a free trial where available). Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your App Store account settings. Onpose does not handle subscription cancellations or refunds directly, as all transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Onpose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the app's availability, accuracy, or reliability. Any reliance you place on the app is at your own risk.
Onpose is not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or data resulting from use of the app. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
