We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app. The short version: your photos never leave your device, and the little data we do collect is anonymous.
Camera & Photos: Onpose uses your camera to show pose overlays while you shoot. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device — it is never recorded, uploaded, or sent to any server. Photos you take are saved to your photo library and stay on your device. If you import your own reference photos, those stay on your device too.
Local App Data: We store your preferences, onboarding answers, and shooting stats locally on your device.
Anonymous Usage Analytics: We use a service called PostHog to understand how the app is used — for example which screens are opened, which features are used, and answers you pick during onboarding. This data is anonymous: no name, no email, no account, and no advertising identifiers. It is never linked to your photos or camera. Subscription Info: If you subscribe to Pro, your purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store via a service called RevenueCat. We don't see your payment details or Apple ID. RevenueCat only processes what's needed for billing. You can read their privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
What we do NOT collect: No name, no email, no account creation, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across other apps, and never your photos or camera feed.
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties beyond the two services above: RevenueCat for subscription management and PostHog for anonymous usage analytics.
Uninstalling Onpose removes all locally stored data. Photos you took remain in your photo library, where they belong to you. To manage or cancel subscriptions, use your App Store settings.
Onpose is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
